Late summer brunch

It has been a pleasure to collaborate with Lovely Houses in Diana, during the last golden days of summer together with The Slow Mediterranean, where we have been preparing a Mediterranean brunch, paired with the fabulous wines of La Natural, cheese from Pastura Bosc and served on the beautiful ceramic plates from Sampere.

We designed a menu that showcased simple, genuine ingredients from our region: ripe tomatoes, fragrant olive oil, seasonal fruits, and artisanal bread. Every dish reflected the natural rhythm of our coast: vibrant and generous.

The group of guests: travellers, creatives, and locals (such as Cris, Julia, Lucas, Claudia, Cristina, Marc, David, Nick, Vanessa, Quim) connected effortlessly, exchanging stories, laughter, and perspectives.

As the sun filtered through the garden and the scent of herbs filled the air, it reminded us of what Mediterranean life is truly about: taking time, connecting deeply, and celebrating simplicity.

We’re grateful to everyone who joined, and we can’t wait to create more of these experiences that unite people around a table.
